To obtain an official invitation for Russian visa please send following information to the conference secretary (dvm2016@ssau.ru) as soon as practical (before March 15)
- Surname, First Name, Second name
- Organization/Company
- Appointment
- Address with postcode
- Address for invitation sending
- Phone, e-mail
- City in which a visa will be issued
- Copy of your passport.
Please be aware that above date March 15 is caused by a lengthy process of the invitation preparing (usually about two months). Also you need to reserve some time for a further procedure in an Embassy.
