We already have more than 180 registered participants and over 120 abstracts submitted to the third conference on Dynamics and Vibroacoustics of Machines (DVM2016). The extended deadline was March 7. However, attending to requests the website remains open for the:
Important notice. If you have missed the deadline and are still planning participation please bear in mind following:
- The procedure of filing an invitation letter for a visa application lasts about two months. So you need to register at the website and sent your personal data (see “Visa application”) as soon as possible and no later than April 01 to have enough time to form visa in your regional visa centre.
- You should download an abstract (see “Abstract submission”) by May 01 as the latest to be included in the conference program. The abstracts are reviewed by Organizing Committee and if accepted will be published in the conference proceedings.
- After receiving confirmation of the abstract acceptance you should download the full-length draft paper for peer-reviewing (see “Paper submission”). The process of reviewing, revision and correction usually takes about two months and the final version of your paper ready to publication in Procedia Engineering can be downloaded after the conference.
